Feast Day

Today is the feast of Saint Joseph, the name- sake of our small Missouri city. We made a "Table" with fancy bread. Meggar created an Easter Egg wreath with 3 tiny fleur-de-lis flowers.
Winger made a Monstrance!
Polar Bear intertwined his cross!
Dorito made the staff of St. Joseph, complete with an iris flower.

(We watched "Staircase" from NetFlix --the story of St. Joseph's miracle staircase for nuns in New Mexico. A+)

Papa Bear

Dad looks smart in his reading glasses, especially if hockey books are on the night stand. He likes

Novena to the Holy Spirit
O Holy Spirit, You are the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity! You are the Spirit of truth, love, and holiness, proceeding from the Father and the Son, and equal to Them in all things! I adore You and love You with all my heart. Teach me to know and to seek God, by Whom and for Whom I was created. Fill my heart with a holy fear and a great love of Him. Give me compunction and patience, and do not let me fall into sin. Increase faith, hope, and charity in me and bring forth in me all the virtues proper to my state of life. Twins

Winger and Polar Bear got "Silly String" for their 10th birthday, so they used the warm weather today to be silly.
