Friend Gets Hurt

Our neighbor, Brooks (age 9), broke his leg over the weekend on the dunk tank at our church fall festival. Polar Bear and Winger were more than glad to help me babysit yesterday. We made homemade macaroni and cheese for lunch, then taught him how to play "Speed" and our "Shapes Brain Teaser" game. They feel sorry that this ruins his hockey season, and said they want to make him chocolate chip cookies this week.
