Pony Express Rider -- On a Bike!

Spencer Klaasen starts his historic bike ride today in Sacramento, California. He will follow the Pony Express route all the way to St. Joseph during the next 14 days. (That's a lot of horse power.) The 1861 riders aimed for a 10-day delivery unless there was Indian trouble and then it might take 12-14 days. Klaasen is keeping a blog and recording his progress via GPS waypoints.
