We talked to Sam Brownback after the McCain rally--I told him that he deserves much of the credit for paving the way for credible Republicans to state they are "proudly pro-life" in big campaigns. I believe his bid for the Republican presidential nomination forced the other candidates to speak plainly about life issues. He was the first one brave enough to say “I’m pro-life” in his literature and commercials and interviews. Now McCain does it regularly. So does our local Congressman. What progress!

Brownbackers at Heart
We talked to Sam Brownback after the McCain rally--I told him that he deserves much of the credit for paving the way for credible Republicans to state they are "proudly pro-life" in big campaigns.
