Winter Conclave for Scouts

Dorito won 4th place with his Mic-o-say costume in the fancy category for Warriors.  He worked very hard to add a neck bustle (but you can't see it on his back) before today's events.  The Scouts who are tribesman gathered for workshops, competitions, and speakers in the Chiefs Training Camp facility.  Hooray for Troop 216 winners!
