Does anyone else think that Mary Pope Osborn's terrific series of "Magic Tree House" books is quite similar to "Blue's Clues"? Minus the historical storytelling, of course. Jack always writes things in his notebook! Did she steal the notebook idea from Steve and Blue? I was chuckling because Winger and Polar Bear never caught onto the idea of writing Jack's observations in their own notebooks like Dorito did. But then Dorito was a faithful companion to Blue and had his own red thinking chair and green notebook. Good childhood memories with good literature!

Kids Movies and Books
