A Tip of the Hat to the Royal Wedding

As a true Anglophile, I should have awoke at 4 am to watch live coverage of the Royal Wedding.  But I slept in and scrolled through a few web photos after breakfast instead.  My Friday will be almost as busy as Princess Catherine's, as I'm leading a homeschool field trip to Kansas City with five other families.  I was glad to see all the pretty hats and traditional wedding customs reigning the day.  The couple appears truly in love and very happy in spite of the limelight.  Was she carrying lilies of the valley?  I read they are considered Royal flowers for such an occasion, so I learned something new and it reminded me to get my planters out of winter storage.
