eggar's Birthday was today! We celebrated at lunchtime by having cupcakes with the children she babysits (Delish Bakery has a lovely combo flavor of coconut and key lime).
Everyone wanted to help blow out the candle. Never mind the baby smearing frosting from ear to ear. These young ones are a valuable tool for keeping a proper perspective. How did my first baby grow up so fast?
In the afternoon, she opened her gifts from the family and ate off the birthday plate. At supper time, Meggar had a cookout and swim party here for her friends.
The s'mores got a bit dangerous the second time around when Cole tried to light the fire with a tiki torch! Otherwise, it was all good. It's a good sign when the Guitar Heroes goes on and on.
